Program Outline

Our programme gives you an opportunity to make an important contribution to the people of Thailand and gain an insight of its culture!  Volunteer groups will work with abandoned and orphaned children!

Consider a Family Volunteering trip and share your family warmth with the orphans! You will see that your volunteer trip will be a blessing to the orphans as well as to your family!

This trip is suitable for independent volunteers, Corporate volunteers, Student volunteers and Church groups!

Volunteer Hours

Volunteers generally work from 9am to 5 pm.

Orphanage 

The orphanage is responsible for 15 orphans, aged between 3 and 21. It occupies a three-annexed complex, 2 hrs drive from Bangkok.  Permanent staff take care of the children's daily needs.  They are very much stretched and have little time left to spend with the children.  This is where volunteers are welcome to make a difference!   

Volunteers may work with the younger children and help to feed or play with them.  Volunteers can also help the older children in their homework, or teach them English, Maths, Science and Computer skills. Or bring the orphans on an excursion! Or simply introduce a new sports like rounders to them!  Or clean up the library or give the rooms a new coat of paint!  There is plenty that volunteers can do, it's up to your creativity! 

The most important contribution is the encouragement, attention and love that volunteers bring, which will make a real difference to the orphans who rarely have visitors.
