Volunteer Abroad in Cambodia Phnom Penh
Do something different in 2008! Spend a long weekend in Cambodia and take part in a meaningful trip!
You will get to work with the 36 orphans in this orphanage. The children are between 2 to 16 years old. Volunteers will Teach English through activities and games! Teaching English is one of the best gifts that you can give to an orphan in Cambodia as a basic command of the English language will open up doors of opportunities for them! You are also welcome to share a hobby, talent or sports.
After the 3 days of meaningful volunteering, you will spend 1 day visiting Phnom Penh attractions which will give you an insight into the history, culture and people of Cambodia. Places of interest include Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda, Wat Phnom, Tuol Sleng Museum, and Russian market.
This trip is suitable for independent travellers or groups of friends!

2 May – 6 May 2008 (Friday to Tuesday, over the Labour Day weekend)
Only 2 days of annual leave is required!
Visa Requirements
Holders of Singapore, Malaysia and Laos passport may enter Cambodia without a Visa and stay up to 30 days. Filipinos may stay up to 21 days. All other nationalities need a valid visa for entry into Cambodia.
