TakeMeToAsia acts as agent for its third party suppliers, providers and distributors for all products and services purchased by you on this site and you may be bound by terms and conditions imposed by them including and not limited conditions of carriage, refund and cancellation policies
All prices are subject to change until full payment is received and are subject to availability from the 3rd Party service providers. Some airport taxes are not pre-payable or pre-paid; you must pay these when required. Some service providers including airlines or other travel service providers may introduce surcharges ( such as fuel surcharges) which may not be reflected in the prices shown and will be an additional charge.
Many countries require that foreign nationals entering hold a passport with at least six months validity remaining. You are responsible for ensuring that the accuracy and requirements of all travel documents . This, including Visa (including transit visa/s) and Health requirements are the responsibility of all individual travellers..
You agree to bear the full cost of any booking, cancellation and administration fees for any products or services booked but not utilized for any reason. In some cases, TakeMeToAsia may charge cancellation and/or amendment fees in addition to those imposed by travel service providers. Please note that the terms and conditions for cancellation and changes of bookings and purchases will vary for each product and service. Please refer to the terms and conditions for a specific product or service, or check with our team by calling our Customer Service Centre during operating hours.
5. RESPONSIBILIITY OF LINKS
This site contains links to other web sites which are not maintained by TakeMeToAsia, this is not an endorsement of the websites and their contents. TakeMeToAsia shall not held responsible for the content of any these other websites. The links to these other websites are provided only as a convenience to you, TakeMeToAsia has not reviewed all of the linked web sites and their contents, you do so at your own risk and you are advised to check out the relevant privacy policies and other relevant terms and conditions of the websites yourself.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
TakeMeToAsia assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for any damages due to and not limited to any viruses that might infect your computer equipment on account of your use or browsing this site.
