Our volunteer abroad project around Thailand Bangkok offer volunteer opportunities in the area of working with orphaned children. You will have a chance to take on an active role in care giving and being a friend to the orphans.

Volunteer Abroad Programme in Bangkok Start Date
Our Volunteer Abroad Programme around Bangkok city starts on any date of your choice throughout the year. International volunteers must arrive at least one day before the start of their program.
Volunteer hours
Volunteers generally work from 9am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
Thailand orphanage
At present, the Thailand orphanage is responsible for 15 orphans, aged between 3 and 21. It occupies a three-annexed complex and is 2 hrs drive from Bangkok.
The daily basics of the children are taken care of by the permanent staff who are stretched and have little time to spend with the children.
International volunteers may work with the younger children in the area of feeding, playing, and with the older children, in their homework. Volunteers may help the children develop interest, motivate them , teach them English and Computer skills, bring them on an excursion or initiate a project involving the children... there is plenty that volunteers can do. The most important contribution is the encouragement, attention and love that volunteers bring, which could profoundly change the children’s perspective of the world that they are in.

c) 2 day 3 nights volunteering in Singapore and volunteer orientation programme: USD390
TakeMeToVolunteerTravel believes in equipping volunteers for a meaningful and memorable volunteering experience. During the orientation, facilitators will share volunteering basics and the culture and needs of the Cambodian communities. We also provide the environment for the volunteers to prepare for their voluntary work, such as discussion for suitable volunteer activities and assistance to buy the necessary materials.
Volunteers will have hands-on volunteer experience in Singapore too!
The Singapore-based programme is especially beneficial for volunteers from Europe, America or Australia. The short-stint in Singapore allows international volunteers to adjust to the Asian culture, jetlag and acclimatise to Asian weather.
Of course, take the opportunity to sample our local delicacies, tour around and see how this tiny city state thrives in spite of its lack of natural resources.
