Program Outline

Our volunteer program allows those who are interested in voluntary work in Asia to contribute their services and knowledge in India, one of the most populated countries in the world. 

International volunteers can help in the following volunteer work:

Volunteering opportunities are available in:

Children's Home
The Children’s Home provides education to over 500 children.  The children are either orphans or they come from very poor families.  At the Home, the children are provided with necessities such as clothing, food, medical care and education.

English Medium Schools
The official schools are educating only 50% of the school-going children. More education providers are required to meet the needs of the growing children population. These English Medium Schools are able to provide education to over 1,500 poor tribal children.

Day Care Centres
The day care centers provide education, clothing, food, medical care to over 950 children.

What's included, airport pick-up, return train tickets from Kolkatta to Orissa, 1 night stay in Kolkatta hotel, food and accommodation in Orissa, donation and programme fees.  Fees also include the return train ticket and 1 night stay for a representative from the orphanage to pick you up from Kolkatta. 

What's not included: all airfares and taxes, visa and travel insurance.
